What Foundation includes
Klaravex AI AI Agent — Helpdesk Support
Klaravex AI is your first line of support, available 24/7. Common device issues, account problems, and IT questions handled instantly. When Klaravex AI can’t resolve it, a senior engineer steps in with defined response SLAs.
M365 / Azure and Google Workspace Management
User provisioning and deprovisioning, license management, Exchange Online administration, Teams setup, SharePoint and OneDrive configuration. Google Workspace user administration, group management, Gmail and Drive configuration — where applicable.
AWS Operational Support
Basic IAM management, billing alert configuration, and resource management. Scoped per engagement — not full AWS security management (that’s Assurance or Directive).
Ubiquiti UniFi Network and Firewall Management
Firewall rule management, VLAN configuration, firmware updates, and network monitoring for UniFi environments — where applicable.
Endpoint Management
Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM — device enrollment, policy deployment, and compliance reporting.
Security Configuration Baseline
MFA enforcement, conditional access baselines, and security hygiene configuration. This is baseline security — not ongoing threat monitoring or vulnerability management (that’s Assurance or Directive).
Monthly Operations Report
A concise monthly report covering support activity, open items, and operational health across your managed platforms.
