Proactive Monitoring & Visibility
Network & Endpoint Monitoring
Continuous monitoring for small-business networks. Our monitoring service watches the moving parts of your network — switches, access points, firewalls, and the endpoints connecting to them — so problems are visible before users feel them.
Key Capabilities
Automatic Network Discovery
Devices on your subnets are inventoried and grouped without manual entry. New endpoints appear in the dashboard as soon as they connect. Always-current network inventory as a by-product of monitoring.
Endpoint-to-Network Latency
Each endpoint reports round-trip time to its gateway, the office WiFi controller, and the upstream provider. A slow user complaint can be traced to a real network hop, not a guess.
WiFi Health Checks
Signal strength, channel utilization, roam events, and authentication failures tracked per access point. Patterns pointing to a misbehaving radio or saturated band surface as findings, not alert spam.
Configuration Change Timeline
Every change to a monitored firewall, switch, or access point is captured with timestamp and actor. When something breaks at 09:45, you can see exactly what changed at 09:42.
Supported Platforms
Cisco Meraki, FortiGate, UniFi, Aruba, and similar business-grade gear. Designed for organizations using real network infrastructure, not just consumer routers.
Monthly Summary Reports
Monthly report of incidents, configuration drift, and recommended fixes — written for a non-technical reader. Something you can actually act on, not raw log exports.
Who This Is For
- US businesses of roughly 10 to 150 people who depend on their network and do not have an in-house infrastructure engineer on call
- Organizations using business-grade gear (Meraki, FortiGate, UniFi, Aruba) who want visibility into what it is actually doing
- IT managers who want documented change history and monthly reporting they can present to leadership or auditors
What You Get
Problems Found Before Users Report Them
Continuous monitoring catches degraded performance, failed services, and configuration drift before they become outages. You find out from us, not from a frustrated employee.
Faster Root Cause Analysis
Change timeline and latency data eliminate the “what changed?” investigation step. Incidents that used to take hours to diagnose are resolved in minutes with timestamped evidence.
Read-Only Access, No Write Permissions
Read-only access to your network gear. No write permissions are taken without an explicit, approved scope. Your data stays in your tenant.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does initial setup take?
Initial discovery and onboarding takes one to two engineering days, scheduled around your business hours. We use read-only access to your network gear throughout — no write permissions, no maintenance windows required for the monitoring setup itself.
What does it cost?
From 7/endpoint/month (minimum 25/month). Volume discounts apply for 50+ endpoints. Available as a standalone subscription or bundled into a monthly support package. Initial onboarding is billed as one to two engineering days at the standard infrastructure rate (20/hour).
We already have an RMM tool. How is this different?
RMM tools focus on endpoints — patch status, agent health, remote access. This service focuses on the network layer: switch port utilization, WiFi roaming behavior, firewall rule changes, and the latency hops between your users and the internet. Most RMM tools have no visibility into the network infrastructure itself. The two are complementary, not overlapping.
